Adult & Senior Eye Exams
Some eye conditions have no obvious signs or symptoms
until it's too late
There is much more to your eyes than just seeing 20/20 and we do much more than your typical sight test. We actually examine the eyes. At Dr. Matthew Siu & Associates, we work hard to ensure your experience at our office is positive and our optometrists pride themselves in providing the highest quality eye care to our patients.
We recognize that every patient is unique, and we believe in providing individualized care tailored to the needs and goals of each patient.
Your eye exam may take up to one hour and we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please bring in your most recent prescription eyewear and a list of any over the counter and prescription medications that you are currently taking. Dilation drops may be used during your visit. After having your eyes dilated, you may experience transient blurred near vision and light sensitivity which can last for a few hours; please bring a driver if you do not feel comfortable driving.
Your complete ocular assessment will include:
1. Medical and Visual Case History
